It's easy to get started.  Just following these simple steps: 

Step 1 - Get the Alumni Channel details

• Try out the demo site
• Visit our existing online communities
• Select the package of features that's right for you

Step 2 - We build your community

• Contact us when you are ready
• We'll work with you on colors, logo, photos and apportion your community on our servers
• Your community can then be ready with 48 hours

Step 3 - Share your new community

• Follow the steps in our Success Plan
• Share your new community with members/alumni, graduating seniors, parents, faculty, and the community

Of course, someone from within your organization will have to administer the site on a week-to-week basis (about an hour a week is necessary) to upload photos and files, post news and announcements, answer alumni questions, post links and event announcements, occasionally police the site, etc. Very little technical knowledge is required. If you can send attachments, using a word processing program, and handle a digital camera, then you know what is needed.
